The 1,100 Southwark council homes have been demolished in a deal with developers rebranding the site Elephant Park, with only 82 social rent homes out of the 2,700 new build. A new report by Transparency International on the site, finds the number of South Gardens units sold abroad is 51 out of 51 properties, as per Land Registry documents .
